MJC˛'s shift scheduling systems are capable of planning and optimizing very large workforces and are fast enough to automatically create optimized solutions in a matter of seconds. Holiday calendars, absence planning tools and training scheduling enable shift patterns to be optimized around workforce activity constraints. Integration with Time and Attendance or Time Tracking systems allows our rota creation program to schedule staff based on real-time information about employee performance and hours worked.
Shift Patterns
