Our DISC distribution scheduling toolset is able to model large complex logistics networks which need to take account of factors such as tight delivery windows, complex load building constraints, vehicle and driver constraints, routing and access rules, multiple distribution centres and complex shift patterns. DISC can automatically create optimised and feasible transport/distribution schedules based on real-time information about customer orders and availability of resources. Manufacturing Scheduling & Capacity Planning

MJC²'s PIMSS production scheduling and manufacturing planning system automatically generates factory schedules based on anticipated demand, availability/capacity of production lines and inventory constraints. PIMSS can be used for detailed line scheduling on a day-by-day basis or for longer term capacity and strategic planning. Integration with our i-Data and e-Stock systems provides forecasting, demand planning, inventory control and replenishment optimisation, taking account of both manufacturing and transportation constraints to optimise inventory levels and production orders along the supply chain. Our lean manufacturing systems are very flexible and can model all business constraints and operational rules, while being powerful enough to address very large manufacturing operations.

Staff Rostering & Mobile Workforce Optimisation

Rostering, shift planning, job allocation and staff scheduling are provided by our ROCS and MOBi systems. ROCS can automatically create rosters and shift patterns, and can be used for optimising the planning of factory staff, drivers and sales/admin personnel. Real-time scheduling of mobile workforces (e.g. drivers, engineers, field sales staff, etc.) is provided by MOBi, which includes not only dynamic rescheduling of job assignments but also mobile data capture and real-time communication/tracking capabilities.
