Similarly our mobile workforce management system MOBi automatically schedules the movements of field personnel, dynamically assigning work and continuously re-optimising routes to take account of real-time information.

Our employee scheduling and staff planning systems encompass job allocation, shift planning and rostering functionality. ROCS is a powerful rostering and employee scheduling toolset which plans and optimises staff work schedules based on expected or actual demands. ROCS is flexible enough to accurately model business rules and constraints, taking account of factors such as required skills/seniority, working time directive constraints, shift patterns, union agreements, holiday entitlement, overtime rules, annualised hours, etc. ROCS can be integrated with MJC²'s DISC (distribution and transport scheduling) and SLIM (strategic logistics planning) toolsets to optimise shift patterns in conjunction with network configuration and distribution activity.
