Customised S&OP Enterprise Solution
MJC²'s client, a major UK manufacturer, required an enterprise supply chain management software solution to support integrated sales and operations planning, to ensure alignment, synchronization and efficiency across the organisation.
The client's operation has challenging planning requirements (e.g. short product life cycles, high demand volatility, complex supply chain), and effective supply chain management can only be achieved by integrating with production and distribution scheduling solutions to optimize across the business.
Crop Storage Decision Support System
MJC² was commissioned by a multinational food & beverages enterprise to develop an intelligent decision support environment for monitoring, managing and optimizing cold stores and warehouses.
The client's requirement was to efficiently manage 100,000s of tonnes of crops held in distributed food stores, for which it is vital that quality control data is regularly assessed and accurately analysed.
Web-based Start-up Collaboration Tool
The objective of VISION is to create a web-based system promoting rapid reconversion and development in Europe, to increase competitiveness and therefore job prospects. MJC² developed core components of the VISION solution for a consortium of partners in Poland.
